Costs, calculations, participation

It costs USD/$2,000 to print 1,000 (soft cover/paperback, 250 page) books. This price varies somewhat with book length.

USD/$12,000 in contributions will fund 6,000 books total: that is, 1,000 copies of each of 6 titles.

A club that contributes USD/$1,200 will get 600 books - 100 copies of each of 6 titles.

Goal: 10 clubs contributing USD/$1,200 each. This will fund 6 of the above 18 titles.

Stretch Goal: 30 clubs contributing USD/$1,200 each. This would fund all of the above 18 titles.

Books to be printed in Michigan and Ontario. Shipping to be coordinated by clubs, members, and partners.
